Question / Help About streaming

Hello everyone , I would like to know if I'm able to do a " well-okay" stream with 9,50MB down and 0.85 up, and if I'm what setup should I use? ( streaming league of legends , only )

No, with 0.85 Mbps up you will not be able to stream LoL in any kind of watchable quality. In fact, you can't stream it at all with that little upload. Thing is, League of Legends is quite bandwidth hungry so will probably already be eating most of that 0.85 Mbps by itself. Leaving essentially nothing to stream with.
