about screen recording to youtube

Hello,
I want to save one of my display to youtube with using live stream (private).
4k 30fps

Mac Studio
Apple M1 Max with 10-core CPU, 32-core GPU, 16-core Neural Engine, 32 GB Ram
Internet speed is 50-60mbps

I have 3 x 4k display and tons of working app/tabs. I tried some settings but couldn't find the ideal settings. (low quality/high usage)
So I with minimum cpu&ram usage, which settings should I chose?

I am not streaming to anyone just recording private, using youtube as video cloud.
So it can save with delay but don't want low quality.

(Another q: in activity monitor OBS at Kind tab, it shows Intel? Isn't OBS m1 native?)
version: OBS Studio 28.1.2 (64-bit)

Thank you.

That means you've installed the Intel not ARM version of OBS.

So record on OBS locally in high quality, then upload to YouTube.

That would definitely spin up the internal fan, you are asking too much from the M1. Have you looked into using an eGPU for your 4K displays?
