Question / Help About Processors and OBS

First, I want to tell you that my english isn't perfect so I want to understand me :) .

I have a little question about OBS... I have an AMD RADEON R5 M230 video card on my notebook ( and I cant change this ), but if I buy a very powerfull processor for example one Core i7 4790K 4.0GHz or something like this, I can stream without problems? Can the processor replace the GPU power ? :) . Thanks.

Well, generally a powerful CPU is what's needed for livestreaming. By the same token, the small thermal envelope offered by laptops isn't great for the kind of heat they generate.

If the R5 M230 is DX10 compliant, it should work with OBS. A better CPU will help with livestreaming though.
