Bug Report AAC Audio cuts at 16kHz even at 320kps

EDIT: Oh, same result with any other aac bitrate. Even just 48kbps goes up to 16kHz. It seems that settings are without effect on aac.

I would use x264 with mp3 audio, but unfortunately Sony Vegas can't load recordings with this setting... bummer :-)

...and that's not a bad thing in my book. Simple code tends to work better than complex stuff, but does that imply that the encoder has a fixed setting and is not capable of being tweaked?

faac (i guess its used by OBS?) has option to set bandwidth as you can see (+ spectrum of encoded file with faac and custom option for bandwidth)
