a weird error showed up and i need help to fix it

this is my most recent logs and the thing that the error is saying is "NVENC Error: init session: nv.nvEnc OpenEncodeSessionEx(&params,&enc->session) failed: 20 (NV_ENC_ERR_GENERIC)" so i need help because i dont know what to do
