Question / Help A way to "load a stream" a few seconds or so before it's live

I've had issues lately where if I live stream my connection will drop every thirty seconds. It's painfully annyoing as I've had my line replaced by my ISP as well as the modem to no luck fixing it so I've given up.

Anyways, is there a way to "load" a stream a few seconds like 15-20 ahead of actually being live so i can "pre-load" my stream so when my connection does drop it won't cause any issues? I've got 50down and 20up so i can handle streaming.

Here's a log file of a test I did to show my issue: https://hastebin.com/asuqeyuvow
The amount of dropped frames comes to around 20% every time I do a test stream.

BTW if you ask about the issue, I've tested it on three different devices through wifi, wired and a powerline adapter so I know the issue is related to my internet through my ISP, but they can't seem to fix it.

Have you tried lower bitrates, such as 3000-3500Kbps for 720p@60FPS, just as a test?

On an unrelated note, update OBS to the latest version.

Search for "twitch test r1ch" with your preferred search engine and use that program to test your connection quality and speed to each twitch's ingest server in your region.

Assuming it's not your ISP having issues, you can try the following suggestions:

1) Reinstalling/updating your network drivers. I dislike automated tools but "Snappy driver origin" is the only such tool I can recommend for automated driver updating, as long as you never ever use it to install GPU and Chipset drivers. Ever. it's also open source, if that matters to you.

2) Trying a different ethernet cable. I've had more than a fair share of issues with short cables specifically, for reasons that still baffle me.

3) Disabling Windows 10 fast startup. It has caused me a ton of issues.

4) Enabling Windows 10 "High performance" Power plan.

5) Resetting your stream key is a longshot but worth a try too.

Tried all those options. The stream test tool gives random results, some giving me a 0 quality others 100 and it's random like I said because the same server could give me 0 one time and 100 the next. Tested on the 1 minute option at least 3-4 times.

1. Done a ton of times
2. Happens on wifi so it doesn't affect it even if I try different cords
3. Don't have it on as I have an SSD so it's useless
4. Doesn't work
5. Yeah didn't work.

Thanks though.
