pc specs ofc:
R9 280X
I5 2500
8GB
So i've got a really good computer as you can notice, and i've been getting low fps while streaming and when im streaming there're black bars and when im trying to edit scene so no matter how much i'm trying to fit the cs:go screen to the screen itself, it just too big.
CS:GO RES:
1280 / 1024 without blackbars.
TY!

well, you have to go into OBS > right click Game capture > click Properties > Check stretch image to fit screen and ignore aspect ratio.

That should get rid of your black bars.

And cause picture distortion that will make your video look ugly.

Fill your extra black space with overlay stuff if you must. Stretching pictures make your circles look like eggs and squares look like rectangles.

Also, Twitch's and Youtube's player are set for 16:9 aspect ratio. If your base resolution is not a 16:9 aspect ratio, it will ALWAYS have black bars except when people who have the same aspect ratio watch fullscreen.
