Question / Help A problem of OBS Crashed

I was broadcasting the webgame with Windows capture, Kapchat and TwitchAlert with CLR Browser, and two picture that used to be my background of TwitchAlert and Kapchat.

This problem already happened many times.

When the TwitchAlert pop out, obs will crash.

The following is my computer equipment.

Computer: MSI GE62 6QE
OS: Microsoft Windows 7 Ultimate Service Pack 1
CPU: Intel i7-6700HQ
VGA: Nvidia GTX965M 2GB (Driver Version: 10.18.13.5900) & Intel HD Graphic 530 2G (Driver Version: 20.19.15.4463)
RAM: Samsung DDR4-2133 8G

nvidia drivers or intel drivers are causing the crash.

I also think the VGA driver is the main problem, but I already updated my VGA driver.
