Since you are using the nvidia chip to encode your stream, its probably not a CPU problem, that is correct. At the moment I would think it could be a problem with ACU, did you capture it yesterday as well? Maybe you can show us an older log to compare.

Hmm, the only difference I noticed, in the older log you had our default scene buffering time of 700ms, in the new one its using the older default of 400. I would definitely go for 700 (in the advanced settings of OBS).
Apart of that, have you tested different games yet? This would be the next thing, with unity having severe problems on all platforms, its not the best title to test with I guess.

So I am at least not the only one and yeah in AC: Unity I have some kind of lags in my Videos too.
Was about to opne a Thread for this. I tried both x264 Preset Ultrafast and Nvenc Preset High Quality both with no limit to the bitrate, both got around 40k to 60k kb/s without any Warning popping up.
I also record only 30FPS because I play in 30FPS due to the fact that my frames barely stay above 60FPS and I need Adaptiv Vsync to get rid of my Tearing.

In AC, AC2, and AC: Brotherhood there where no Problems at all Unity is the first game I encounter

So could it be really Game related?
