I will try to put the last log file here but i have tried so many different ways i am not for sure if it will be good info or not.

My problem is no matter how i have set things it lags or it is always loading. The closest i have come was using the nvidia settings with automatic. And even then it was jerky and since it was not cbr it would only look clear if nothing was moving.

I did notice in the log file that it only sees 4gig of memory and I am guessing that is because this is 32bit software as I have 12gig total on my system.

Also some time ago i had used this with slower hardware and video but i had pinnacle software installed and i am guessing there was a better codec so everything run smooth.

I have tried x264 with no luck

any suggestions or ideas or configs to use please let me know as I would be greatfull to get this working :)

I am sorry, i am trying to stream to twitch the raiding i am doing on world of warcraft. I have used a few web browsers to view the stream and explorer has worked the best. This is all being done on the same machine.

I did try some of the settings that were recomended to others and there seem to be some progress but overall it is just not there yet. I have looked at a lot of other wow streams and some had less of a machine then i do and their stream looked nice.

I had already looked into that and it is not my issue. If i was trying to run twitch to view my streaming with firefox it lagged really bad, If i tried chrome i had the same problem. When i finally used explorer it was showing improvement.
I tried working with this option that was posted for another question:https://obsproject.com/forum/resources/how-to-make-high-quality-local-recordings.16/

but I was getting bad dropped frames when i set the buffer to 0. If i set the buffer to 1000 and max bitrate to 2000 for encoding and advanced i set to superfast with custom set to crf=17 has giving me the best results so far.
I went an did a speedtest and i am showing 60.53Mbs down and 6.94Mbs up
My screen is 1600/1200 and i downscaled to 1280/960

I will attach the log file, but so far this is the best i have been able to get. I have looked at running dxtory with this as the video seem to show very smooth on youtube video i was watching.

The local recording guide is a group of settings that is NOT to be used for streaming.

The settings combination you're using is going to cause problems down the road.

Remove the custom x264 paramaters, set your video bitrate to 2000kbit, turn OFF custom buffer size, and make sure to use the correct term when describing your problem, because people use "lagging" to describe far too many problems.

I made the changes you recomended and things were pretty bad. Not using lag as the reason I will put it this way.
when doing the streaming i was not previewing or reviewing it on twitch, when I did view the saved stream the picture was blurry when there was any movement it was only clear when there was none.
I then tried to set cbr on and cfr on and preform the test the same way. The picture was clear for the most unless there was any fast movement or major change and then there was alot of pixalation for the display. I also notices just a few times a jerky picture. I didnt see any dropped frames with obs.
Here is the last log file

You're pretty much limited to downscaling your resolution further at this point to get that blockyness out of the streams.
There's only so much video information you can squeeze into 2000kbit, and if you exceed that amount, the quality does suffer.

You MIGHT be able to use a slower preset than the default of veryfast, but that will increase the cpu use and may affect your game's performance significantly.

That's about all you can do.

after what you had said and some more trail and error i went back to the native video of 1600x1200 with the bitrate of 1800 staying with very fast and the last test looked really good. There was a couple fuzzy times but it seem to react faster in clearing it up. I also had the preview off and i did not have twitch running so i could watch the stream or interact with the chat. I may try it again later to see how it works with me watching but this is by far the best result i have had so far.

again here is my log file

thank you for the help.
