Question / Help A little help please...

So this is my first time using this kind of program and I managed to figure most of it out... However when I start a stream it picks up my audio and repeats it over and over again, how do I stop that from happening? Also when the capture is on screen it shows a repeating image of the program.... Is that normal or did I possibly set it up wrong. If someone could gave me a simple run down as to how to set up and stream to twitch with out the echo that would be great.

thanks for the info here but its still dose not help me fix the issue I'm having. I cant seem to get rid of the repeating echo I hear when I start the stream. ill say something then a moment later ill hear it again, then again, and again until its too quite to hear anymore. how do I stop that from happening?
