A. HDMI cap card defined as USB Camera.... B) Can't out one ("extra") USB camera

Hello. Earlier I had problems of the Video Stream I was capturing interfere with Dad's Amazon prime. Our house internet is a pathetic 1.5 Mb/s in 400 kb/s out.

The first thing I did was get a cell phone com[pany that lets you oo unlimited tethering at "3.5 G speeds" (Faster than standard 3G of 500 Kb/s in 200 kb/s out, but not full 4G speeds. Different companies have different names, like Sprint's was H+. I don't know what Verizon's 3.5 G is called.)
But even when using the Hauppauge and the 3.5 G, the only way to capture the Hauppauge Rocket in MAC was to "scrape the LAN". If I plugged in the local DSL, Dad's Amazo would stop. If I decided to use "NO LAN" VLC had issues working. My Standard definition stuff works with an EZCap and EZGrabber for Mac software.

I decided to look for EZCap compatible HDMI cards. Ad I was able to get my video screen o without "scraping the LAN", which is what a Haiuppauge Rocket required.

So I got my video capture of the HDMI USAB card recognized as a USB camera. However, when I had a Playstation 2 Eye Toy before as a USB camera, no it is only being recognized as an Audio device.

Also using EZgrabber had less ping than a VLC based solution.

Now that my 2011 Mac mini wit OS 10.13 thinks my EZCap Card is a USB, and there is no wa not recognize the other camera except as a Audio source only, is there something I'm doing wrong.

BTW I just upgraded from OS10.12 to OS 10.13 For some other issue. (Thank you 3.5 G for making the download managable) Now that I got 16 GB of RAM memory, vs 2 the last time, there are no slowdown isses. Is the best OBS for OS 10.13 a higher version of OBS than the one best for OS 10.12. If the Best 10.13 version is a newer version, let me download that and see if that cures it. Either way, I'll update.
Onelast question. I have a way to do. NTSC RF capture, Composite, S-Video, and HDMI capture. I'm not sure how to do component and/or SCART capture without converting it to HDMI Luckily, my low ping CRT VGA. is not connected to the HDMI. Is there a way to do it other than Component to HDMI?

PS I can't find the log file. It';s soared as a .txt. and I tried to find all files that start with 2020, but the computer says not files were written today with a 2020 starting the file name and ends in .txt .
