Question / Help A few of my recordings from the same day had choppy moments in them

I started and stopped the recording about 8 times today. Recordings 2-6 had some moments where the frames seemed to drop and resulted in a choppy video. In Windows Explorer, the videos didnt have a "thumbnail" on them and just had a image of what it would look like if it were to be corrupted. They weren't corrupted, you were able to access and watch them. The "thumbnails" loaded in later on. My recording format is set to mkv. What could have been the problem? I didnt open anything else or even use the PC because I was recording console gameplay. Could it be that I was stopping and starting a new recording too quick? https://obsproject.com/logs/xDhXgfg39mn74trE

No output session in log. To upload the log just after you've finished a session before quitting, upload the Current log. If you've already quit the application once, upload the Last log. This file has no recordings in it; the app opens and then quits.

This indicates poor performance of the interface to the capture card; either CPU overload or USB bus overload.
