Ok so as the title states after streaming for a few minutes I am no longer able to pull up web pages. But my stream is still working. Because if I open my stream on another computer I can still see it, and also if I am on a teamspeak server or a ingame server I am still able to play on them but if I lose connection I can't reconnect. And as soon as I stop streaming and close OBS I am able to starting using the internet and things again.
