A 3rd party plugin doesn't work on OBS anymore

I have a question about a particular 3rd party plugin. The plugin is a panning vst called Pancake. It used to work just fine until I had to update due to Twitch changing their API....I think it was ver. 26? Anyway, I upgraded it to the latest version, and when I tried to use the plugin, it no longer works. So, I rolled back to ver. 27.2.4. on a Win 10 OS. Any reason why it stopped working, and is there a version that is actually compatible aside from the one I was using before I was forced to update OBS? (the vst is a 64 bit)

This does not answer my question....As stated before, I went back to 27 BECAUSE 28 wasn't compatible with the plugin that I mentioned above.

Those are the compatible (or in the works) with OBS 28 plugins. If it's not listed you have to contact the creator / maintainer of that particular plugin in order to get support for it. If no one is maintaining it, stay on the OBS version where it works, look for a replacement or simple remove it.
