Question / Help 99% cpu usage as soon as i open obs!

Hi, I just built a new pc to handle the encoding for streaming.. There is nothing on the pc but obs, and as soon as I launch it, my cpu usage shoots up to 99-100% instantly.. No streaming or recording its just open. I never had this problem on my main pc, and ive copied all those same settings. A little help would be appreciated.

Just install video driver for your video card.

edit, ok i have the intel integrated graphics driver installed.. Its much better, at 30% cpu usage in task manager at idle. (is that high still?) Says 15-20% cpu usage at the bottom of OBS though..

I think, this numbers is for stepped frequency of your CPU (so, actual usage is far lower) or you disable any power saving for your PC?
