Question / Help 940MX Settings

I have a laptop and struggling to find settings that can fit, any ideas I can try

Requirments: at least 540p 30fps

Specs:
Core: i7 7500u (Get's hot easily)
GPU: 940MX DDR3
RAM: 12GB
SSD

Keep note it throttles
