Bug Report 9 MB upload speed but little box at bottom of screen red..?

So I just started up a stream with this amazing freeware a few days ago got 40 followers streaming in 1080p was amazing, but today I try to start up stream says invalid stream channel /s tream key so I paste the link to my stream in the dashboard box and it fixes it. But now when I start my stream everything is awesome for like 10-15 seconds then the little green box turns red and goes between 100-3500 kb/s? I don't get it I had it at 6000 and it was working just great I'm not uploading or downloading anything but it's still low ;[

Anything over 3000 seems to be really hit or miss as to if Twitch can handle it that day or not. Just keep in mind that network conditions aren't always constant and you may have to change things from time to time.

Low ping is important, but lower jitter is equally if not more important as it can have a lot to do with packet loss.

I set it to the server that I could find 14 ms really low jitter set bitrate to 2400 it's still in red. I have no idea what's going on i';ve been streaming sicne the 18th and it's been fine until this morning..

Maybe try the next best server? It's always possible Twitch has a routing issue somewhere.
