Question / Help 89% to 100% of frames dropped!

Hi,

I am new to OBS but it was working for me great yesterday. Streaming was smooth with Twitch TV and I was happy. I get on today and I cannot stream anything at all. it is uploading at 0 kbps but jumps to about 720 every 2 min for 1 second. What is going on?

I have changed settings and still no fix.

Have you tried switching servers? Did you check your internet connection speed? What are your settings (which we could have known if you had posted a log file)
