Like I have a laptop a shit graphics yet runs obs 64 and 15% idle

Not logical is to start from not empty new Scene Collection and new Profile.

Edit: and look at video driver updates. Then post your last log.

There up to date like I said before I uninstalled driver and re installed there up to date but when I get back I will

i installed a better cpu now obs is saying its using 98 pecent of the cpu yet task manager is saying is at 45%

ok i reset obs uninstalled throw the obs uninstaller and re downloaded and its working lik it use to yet i cant set the amd graphics card to render keeps saying make sure i updated drivers when there fully updated
