Question / Help 720p 60fps?

I have been streaming for a few months but with a sub par computer only allowing me to stream at 30 fps at 480p and even then it was difficult. I am getting a computer from a buddy for pretty cheap and I was hoping it would possibly give me the opportunity to stream at 60 fps. I know you guys probably get questions identical to this everyday, but I couldnt find too much on here about the particular processor, gpu etc.


The computer will have an i7-950, Nvidia 750Ti, 6gb of ram, and a very poor Time Warner Cable upload speed of 2mb.

Will be your upload holding you back, the quality will be better on 720@30. The % of pits per pixel would be too distorted if you streamed at 60.

With that upload and cpu, you'll be more likely streaming at 540p at 30 fps at around 1500 bitrate. With that videocard you most likely won't even reach the 60 FPS in modern games and you don't have the upload to set up a nice 60 fps stream either.
