So this was a problem in the past with Easy Anti Cheat enabled would cause this. So an option was added to OBS "Anti-cheat compatibility hooking (use only if necessary)". If this is checked it was supposed to work. However I believe that maybe EAC has been modified and this feature no longer works. I believe we need to modify the code in OBS to pick up on it again as it no longer works as of 07/18/2015.

Nothing that can be changed in OBS about this, the creator of 7Days to die probably has to whitelist OBS.
