Question / Help 6mbit/s Upstream minilags - what settings?

Hello folks,
I tried to stream a little bit for friends but i found to have the problem, that my stream has minilags every few seconds.
I've read a few forumthreads to find that I should normally be able to stream in 720p with only 5mbit/s.
I even tried to lower almost every single setting (especially the video settings - like 30fps, downskale 1:50 etc.).

My question is simple, yet the answer may be more complicated:
What settings do I have to use, to get a smooth twitch stream, when I have 6 mbit/s upstream?

A little more info about my Computer:
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960
CPU: Intel i5-4690 3,5GHz
RAM: 8GB
Motherboard: MSI Z97 Guard Pro

I am grateful for every useful answer,
sincerly me

If you are not a Partnered caster, the golden point is 720p@30fps, 2000kbps.

You should definitely not use 5mbps, that'll make your stream buffer like crazy.
Also, post a logfile from the Help menu, from a live streaming session at least 5 minutes long.
