Question / Help .657b - I can't get the save replay buffer hotkey to work

First of all, here are my hotkeys.

Simple enough, right?


I hit the black drop down arrow and select "start recording and replay buffer". I'll let it run for over 10 minutes, try to hit Alt + Decimal, but nothing. The only time it saves anything is when I press stop recording.
