Question / Help 60 FPS Twitch Stream Stutter?

I've noticed from time to time my stream either just skips for a second at random moments or slows down for 2 seconds then goes back to normal, is that, normal with the Adobe Flash Player?

Make sure your flash player is up to date.
Recent versions shouldn't have problems with 720p 60fps, unless your PC is extremely slow.

I have flash player 15, and my pc is nowhere near slow. Unless a 750 Ti and a 4770K is considered slow. Granted not the most powerful GPU but definitely not slow. I'm using FireFox by the way and have disabled hardware acelleration.
