Bug Report 60 FPS Lock Windows Creator Update 1703

Hello Guys,

i have done the update and now i have in CSGO a fps lock @ 60fps. Only if i running OBS with the Gamescene.
I have 2 Webcams and Browser Source + Window or Fullscreengame caputure in this Scene.
An empty scene makes no Problems.

So i hide the Inputs step by step but the fps lock stays.
I disabled the new gamemode from w10 but also no change.

Anyone else with the same Problem?

try uninstall xbox app.

its the recording feature in xbox app that locks windows fps generally to 60 (this was also before creators update)

you can only uninstall via powershell run as admin, this is the command:

Get-AppxPackage *xboxapp* | Remove-AppxPackage

The problem of removing the Xbox in this version is that if the user wants to use the ALT + TAB shortcut, Windows hangs and does not recover.
I already did the test.

I actually uninstalled my xbox app and am now having this alt tab problem. After reinstalling xbox app, it still freezes. Is there something else I need to do? I tried toggling all of the game mode, dvr, and bar settings too.

I uninstalled xbox thru the power shell.
