Question / Help 60 fps issue

i7 4771 3.5GHz 15 - 25% cpu usage when streaming
Integrated GFX Intel HD 4600

30 upload 30 download no dropped frames when streaming

My stream just doesn't appear to be running at 60fps it looks more like 35 - 45 but yet I have it set to 60 fps ?

According to OBS, it's running at 60fps with no problem. It might be the Twitch player. Try recording locally and see if it looks the same in something like VLC.

Yeah I think its a problem on twitches end because most of my friends who stream at 60fps don't constantly get 60fps on their stream it looks like 35fps sometimes sorta like my issue. Any idea to why "the twitch player" might be causing the issue and maybe they might fix it?

weird thing... i watch wingsofdeath quite some times (lol streamer) he streams 1080p35fps usually it just looks like 1080p30 nothing special but for whatever reason yesterday, the same settings i've checked it, his stream looked so freaking smooth it even looked better than 1080p60 and i've reall no idea how it worked i tried different browsers even my 2nd pc the stream looked the same (just to make sure the flash player isnt trolling me) was actually a really enjoyable viewer experience to see 1080p35 looking like above 1080p60
