Question / Help 5mb upload speed and still frames dropping

i have 5 upload and an i5 4440 processor, i have changed twitch servers, i have done everything possible to try to resolve this problem. i have even streamed at 500 bits and everything is fine for a minute and then it says i am streaming at 0bits and then it drops a bunch of frames, i have contacted my isp, they are not throttling i am dumbfounded. any advice would help.

If you've done everything possible to resolve the problem then the problem is with your ISP or internet connection in general.

Xsplit works fine, no dropped frames I just can't use it because I can't mute the sound from my elgato like I can in OBS

Try adding DisableSendWindowOptimization=1 to the [Publish] section in your profile .ini.
