We just got our upgraded internet a few days ago from a 1mb upload to a 5mb upload. I streamed that day with settings of 2850 bitrate and everything was fine and I wasn't lagging my brother. But now whenever I stream I lag him like crazy, I even tried lowering my bitrate to like 1500 and still lags him. How to fix this without killing the quality of my stream?
