Find option in advanced settings "minimize network impact", it will fix your ingame lag completely. But if you don't have STABLE 5mbits upload you might get dropped frames more easily then without checking that option. Unfortunately 5mbits upload is considered somewhat not enough or minimum for confortable streaming and gaming yet again I assume you are using some cheap modem/router from your ISP as I do, so that option is made for those kind of users.

Instead jumping from 2000 bitrate +-1000 and making lag spikes, you will make with this option your bitrate tight on 2000 +--100, and you have steady upload for gaming.
