5800x/3060Ti NVENC dropped frames during recording

Hello,

I've been using OBS to record gameplay (mostly BFV) using my PC in the last couple of weeks and can't dial it down completely so I have 0 skipped frames due to encoding lag. I followed most of the advice available online as for the settings, using NVENC with my 3060Ti, tried CQP ranging from 14 to 19 (19 is about where decent quality ends, going higher to 20 is a noticeable drop in quality) without much difference, even going to 21 didn't help with limiting the dropped frames. Basically doesn't matter whether I use CQP of 14 or 21, I always drop between 1 and 5% of frames due to encoding lag. I've turned off psycho VT and changed preset from Max Quality to Quality (supposedly Max Quality is buged). I play at 1080p/165Hz (FPS limited to the refresh rate) and upscaling to 1440p in OBS (tried without upscaling, frames dropped eitherway). I even undervolted the GPU so it runs at like a measly 60C ingame and keeps my 165FPS steady, I'm not dropping any frames ingame.

My system:
5800x
32GB 3600MHz
3060Ti Vision
All drivers/Windows up to date

Basically neither my CPU nor my GPU is at 100% (CPU sits at like 25% and 50C) when I play BFV, I would assume the 3060Ti should be more than capable of recording without dropping frames, some people even recommend going to Output Mode = Simple and Indistinguishable or Lossless Quality with systems like mine, I tried that and it got even worse, dropped like 5-15% of frames due to encoding lag.

I have to say I've had some recording that weirdly had like 0,1% or even 0 dropped frames, no idea how, I turn off every background process that could interfere, kind of out of ideas at the moment.

An example of a log:

Try to lower in game settings, match your 1st monitor refresh rate to your 2nd monitor 144hz, try recording with x264, disable OBS preview.
