50+% GPU usage when OBS is open even without recording or streaming active.

I didn't realize OBS Studio was taking up this much GPU. As I type this, OBS is in the background and my GPU is a 52%.
I already run OBS as an administrator. Here is the log.

I do notice it could be due to the many filters that are present, but they are move filters and they're all disabled except for 3 of them.

Create a new scene collection with 1 scene and only 1 source #nofilters

Close and reopen OBS. Is this still happening? If so, post new log.
