Question / Help 50% Dropped Frames with no internet issues other than OBS

I've been streaming at 3500k without an issue and now I can't even get a stable stream at 1800k. I don't experience any internet issues or ping issues with the games I am playing. When I run tests during the issues I get consistent 25mbs readings. Here is the related log to the most recent broadcast attempt.

Other than that, the log file you posted doesn't show any streaming attempts.
