Hello. I'm using Nvidia DSR Factors and trying to record a local game footage in 4K. After recording, I check the video and it's playback is "freezing" a lot (one frame per second) on VLC (no errors/crash) and Vegas/Premiere. I don't know why.
SSD SanDisk SDSSDA240G, GTX 1060 6GB, i5 2500 (Turbo Boost 3.7 all the way)
I'm using NVENC (tried x264), CQP 15 (tried 23), Preset Default. Already tried all the Profiles.
Base/Output resolution: 3840x2160
I've downloaded this https://bit.ly/2jgtAkS (save as) 4K footage for comparison and there's no problems. The playback, editing etc goes ok in any software. What makes me even more confused is the fact that this footage has a bigger bitrate (46k versus 18k) than the my OBS recordings, which makes me think that it's not an data transfering issue.
Any help?
