Question / Help 4k Live Streaming to Chaturbate

Hello! This is our first post, so thanks for giving it some consideration!

We are having some trouble holding a constant bitrate while streaming to Chaturbate in 4k. We have incredible, wired, internet access through ATT's new fiber wire, allowing 1000mb download AND 1000mb upload speeds which we have verified we are getting. We have virtually all brand new gear, including ATT modem, cat6 cables, and a new streaming rig with a brand new mother board and graphics card. We do not have problems streaming in 1080p, but we have the Logitech Brio 4k camera that we would like to stream in 4k. We have tried multiple servers, and we have tried resetting the stream key many times, with no luck. We have successfully streamed to Twitch at 1080p/60fps but they do not offer 4k streaming yet, so its impossible to test 4k there. At this point it seems like a server thing on Chaturbate's side. Any thoughts? Thanks for your time!

We have our bitrates set within the parameters they have given us. We've tried lower bitrates, we've tried higher bitrates. I guess our next step is to reach out to Chaturbate?

yes that would be a good idea, the problem is with at&t or chaturbate and i think chaturbate will be more likely help you.
