4k Firestick with a M1 MacBook Pro

I own a 2021 14 inch MacBook Pro and a 4k Firestick. I punched two different usb video capture cards and can't get either on to work on the MacBook. I can however get it to work on my 2012 27 inch iMac utilizing either video cards. One is native usb c and the other usb a with adapters. Has anyone ever tried this setup on a M1 MackBook Pro? Latest OS and using OBS 27.2.4 64 bit.

I viewed the log and here is what I found was the reason for it not working.
