So I have recently picked up a 4k monitor, and I have started streaming again.
The issue I currently have is in terms of correct downscaling settings for optimal performance.
If I downscale to 720p Lanczos filter is not available, only bilinear, however with 1080p it is there.
What would you say is the best method, scaling to 1080p and use Lanczos, or go down to 720p and use bilinear.
Current settings are 30FPS with 2500bit rate
