Question / Help 3rd POV Lag & Random Half-Minute Disconnects

Experiencing random half-minute long disconnects where my bitrate stalls at a constant 0 and then suddenly picks back up to normal. This happens very rarely and could be my ISP acting weird.

Also, I stream CSGO and my teammates spectate me ingame and say I look a little laggy. I don't feel any lag whatsoever when I play, though.

If there's a setting you think I should change, please tell me.

Read through the first link then use the second link to run that tool for your region then post a screen shot of the results. This will help you determine where the issue is. more than likely somewhere between you your ISP and twitch.

I'd use dallas ingest, it has better quality and ping isn't bad. chicago has better ping but that doesn't really make a difference than quality does. quality means it dips down less.
