Question / Help 3rd and 4th microphone inputs won't work

I'm currently using a Steinberg UR44 with 3 AKG P420 microphones and they will only work in OBS when I have them plugged into the 1st and 2nd inputs on my audio interface. Im not sure what to do about my 3rd microphone.
P.S.
Phantom power is on.
Gain is up.
Microphone can be heard in headphones but isn't picked up by OBS
When using the UR44 mixer the audio registers.

You may need to use the OBS-ASIO plugin to access the 3rd and 4th channels, depending on the drivers. It may also be possible for you to set the UR44 Recording device to 4 Channel in Windows, it is probably on 2-Channel 16bit 48000Hz right now

You're correct about it being on 2 channel and not 4 channel, but when I go into the properties to change the setting the drop down bar is grey and wont let me change from 2 to 4 channel, any idea why?

You will need OBS-ASIO then

https://github.com/pkviet/obs-asio/releases

Very straightforward to use, once installed you will get an ASIO menu where you can set your Steinberg UR44 as the Active Device and configure the channels. From there you can Add ASIO Input Sources and select the channels you want to capture.

These channels of course will be Mono, so you will need to Downmix to Mono to center the input in the stereo field
