36 memory leaks after an hour or so of streaming

When my stream hits the 1 hr 30 min mark it restarts all my apps and says I run out of memory. However, it says it only has 20/32 gb of memory committed.
PC specs
i7-9700H
32 Gb ram
RTX 2060 super

If I uninstall streamelements do you think it will fix itself?

Probably a large part of them will. You need to uninstall se.live, then uninstall and reinstall just regular obs studio in order to properly remove their plugin.

You will be given an option during the uninstall of obs studio to delete user data. DO NOT select the option if you want to keep your scene layouts

Would opening obs without recording or streaming be sufficient enough to open the logs to have no memory leaks? I already did everything and this is the log with no recording or streaming.
