Question / Help 3440X1440 OBS recording in bad quality

Hi everybody,

I have a 3440x1440 Monitor and I use OBS to record. I have the base ( canvas ) resolution set to 3440x1440, and the Output ( scaled ) resolution set to 1920x1080. It records my gameplay just fine with no black bars, but the recording quality is super low. Can anybody please help me?
 
This log doesn't contain a streaming or recording session, but it does have this:

19:39:00.726: [game-capture: 'Minecraft'] cannot capture explorer.exe due to being blacklisted

According to the above, you have two scenes, each with a game capture. The one named Minecraft was configured to try and capture explorer.exe and failed, the other does not appear to have attempted a capture.
