having trouble trying to get my CLR brower pop up on my obs, I am currently trying to download only the 32 bit version of obs but the only download I see comes with both

The installer includes the browser source plugin so you don't have to install it manually. Installing both 32 and 64-bit versions doesn't matter and won't hurt anything.
