Question / Help 32 bit Processor

I am looking to download OBS and use it to stream on twitch, etc. But, my computer has a 32 bit processor. Therefore, I can't download the 64 bit Runtime that then allows you to install the 32 bit OBS. Does anybody know a workaround for this to get the 32 bit version? Or can I just not download it at all because I don't have a 64 bit computer?

installer contains both 32 and 64 bit executables, but if you have 32bit only pc it must have ancient components not really usable in games and streaming which are quite demanding operations

Well I'm not gaming on the PC. I'm playing games on my PS4 and was just hoping to use OBS for overlays and restream onto Twitch. Is this not at all possible? Do I have to get a new computer or are there other programs that I could use for 32 bit computers? I appreciate the reply.

All I could tell you is that it's a Dell. Just now getting into computers and I don't know much. I have Windows 10 downloaded and running on it as well.
