I've seen quite a few forums regarding this issue, if you attempt to run more than 1 OBS instance, the others won't work properly... all of the docks are undocked, and you're unable to click settings on other instances… Only the first program will run properly.
I really hope OBS decides to fix this issue, I've reverted to the old revision and won't be coming back to the recent update.
I also find it strange that the only "fix" to this solution is entering portable mode, which must be coded into the program by the user to even access it, after multiple attempts and failing I decided to revert to the old 31.0.1.
