Hi there, I just came over Open Broadcaster Software and i thought i would give it a try, since people say its the best streaming software out there, yet.

I got everything set up the first night, i got over 50 viewers and i had no fps issues or lags overall, but then the day after i suddenly got 30 fps constant and i cant even play my game (league of legends).

My specs are:
CPU: Intel Core i7920 3.8 Ghz (clocked)
Mainboard: P6T Deluxe v2 (Asus)
Memory: DDR3 4gb
Graphics: Radeon HD 5750

OBS specs:
Encoding
Quality Balance: 6
Max Bitrate (kb/s) 2400 - Buffer size (kbit) 2400
Codec: AAC - Bitrate 96

Broadcast Settings:
FMS URL is set to the closest to me

Video Settings:
Custom - 1920x1080
Resolution downscale - 1.5 (1280x720)
FPS: 30
Disable Aero at Startup: Checked

Advanced:
Use multithreaded optimizations: Checked
Process Prio class: Normal

x264 CPU preset: Superfast

Network: 40 down 4 up

Is there anything in my computer i have to upgrade? Like a new graphic card or something?

Please help me out!

Check the CPU and Graphics temperature while streaming (can use ie. SpeedFan for that). It might be simply overheating which causes performance drops.

My 4 cores is at 40-50 C and my graphic temp is at 50 C..

There is a new version available, update please. Are you sure you didn't change anything between your two sessions and you were playing the same game?
