Is the video FPS using GPU or CPU, like not the in-game FPS but the FPS you can choose here:

Thats what the encoder tries to encode at, that would depending on the encoder usually be your CPU.

Ideally your game also runs at 60+ fps

Running OBS - Both CPU and GPU

Downscaling - GPU
Output Resolution and FPS - GPU + Below
x264 - CPU
AMD VCE - GPU
NVENC - GPU
QSV - iGPU

Yes, AMD AMF or AMD VCE os running on your GPU for anything else DEDRICK has posted on which hardware those encoders are running

Alright, well that is one of the reason i was lagging then, i changed my encoder to x264, because my GPU isn't that good. Thanks for the help guys!
