Thats what the encoder tries to encode at, that would depending on the encoder usually be your CPU. Ideally your game also runs at 60+ fps

S Smarty New Member Feb 1, 2018 #6 Alright, well that is one of the reason i was lagging then, i changed my encoder to x264, because my GPU isn't that good. Thanks for the help guys!
