[ 30.1.2] H265 video enconder option does not appear

Good morning.
This is the first time I am posting on this forum, as I have just started using this excellent software.
I have a question regarding the video setting, I don't see the option of H265 encoding via hardware/software and I don't understand why.
I am using W11 23H2 b22631.3737 with GeForce RTX4080 video card with studio driver 555.99.
Any ideas?
