30.0.2 makes it so full screen projector is always on top even when not selected

In previous version i was able to move windows ontop of a full screen projector (scene). In the latest version, I am unable to move windows on top of the projection. Right clicking the projection you usually can select "always on top" which will create this behavior, but now it has this behavior regardless if that option is selected or not. I prefer to be able to move windows ontop of full screen projections for my use cases.

I suppose there is a chance that the mac os update caused this and not the OBS update. I updated one right after the other earlier today. and yesterday I was able to move windows on top of the projection. today I can not.

There's also a checkbox in the middle of Settings -> General. Maybe that got flipped?

tried to toggle that setting in general. Still no dice. Thanks for the suggestion tho.
