I was trying to set up a virtual private server for a 24/7 stream using the vultr service, I got the windows os for my server, set everything up, but when I stream or record a video there's a huge green block on 3/4ths of the screen. I am extremely frustrated because I've been trying to set up this horse shit for like 2 weeks and as soon as I get everything working this happens. I have 2 gb of ram on the private machine. If any of you guys can help I would be forever thankful.

OBS is not designed for running on a vps, because it requires a physical GPU to run. With your vps you get an emulated GPU that doesn't function well and will cease to exist as soon as you disconnect the rdp session.
