I have 2x GT650m SLI in my laptop and when I'm editing video settings in OBS, I can use for stream only one. How can I use for stream two cards?

You can't. OBS pulls the image directly from the GPU, so an SLI configuration screws all of that up.

Well, I suppose if you are on Windows 8 you can use SLI and Monitor Capture maybe...
